How do NÜOBELL adjustable dumbbells work?
NÜOBELLs use a patented twist-lock mechanism. Simply place the handle in the cradle and rotate the handle to select your desired weight. The plates lock automatically for a secure and seamless transition.
What is the shipping time for my order?
Standard orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, shipping usually takes between 5 to 10 business days via our heavy-goods freight partners.
Do the dumbbells come with a warranty?
Yes, all NÜOBELL products come with a standard 2-year manufacturer's warranty that covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal home use.
Can I drop my NÜOBELL dumbbells?
To ensure the longevity of the internal clicking mechanism and the structural integrity of the plates, we strictly advise against dropping the dumbbells from any height.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs due to the weight of the product.
Are the weight increments in kilograms or pounds?
NÜOBELLs are available in both Kilogram (2kg increments) and Pound (5lb increments) versions. Please ensure you select your preferred measurement unit at the time of purchase.
