At NÜOBELL, we stand by the quality of our premium strength equipment and offer a 30-day return window to ensure you are completely satisfied with your home gym setup. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack with Care

  Securely place your NÜOBELL dumbbells and cradles back into their original reinforced boxes, ensuring all protective foam inserts are properly positioned to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the equipment for functionality and condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
